Let's have some soothing earl grey and rose iced tea!
Ingredients:
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 7-10 minutes
Refrigeration time : 4-6 hours
Yields : 2 serving
Kitchen equipment required : Saucepan, tea strainer, mixing spoon

Let's have some soothing earl grey and rose iced tea!
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp crushed dried rose petals
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rose water
- 2 Earl grey tea bag
- 2 cups of water
- Honey/Sugar to taste
- Some ice cubes
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Directions:
- Heat water in a saucepan along with rose petals, fennel seeds and nutmeg powder to rolling boil.
- Add tea bag and let it stand for to steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Discard the tea bag, strain and let it cool.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Stir in some honey, rose water and lemon juice.
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour tea over the ice
- Serve chilled!
